Nomad Drums run fun, successful drum workshops suitable for all ages and abilities.
Recent events have included workshops for primary, secondary and summer schools, festivals, outreach programmes, Scout groups, corporate energisers and community events.
Nomad Drums is run by Luke Howell, and all facilitators are experienced and CRB checked.
Luke Howell is an accomplished musician and experienced teacher. He started playing drum kit at 15, and after joining the jazz band, concert band and creative arts group, was teaching by the age of 16. He has since taught budding drummers aged 5-85.
Luke plays in many different bands, and has played traditional folkloric music from Africa, Brazil and Cuba. He has also taught English as a foreign language and enjoys travelling and collecting drums from around the world.
